Has anyone used Seachem Matrix, not to be confused with the matrix carbon???

Biological filtration media? Wouldn't LR be doing the same thing? Or using LR rubble in a canister? Just asking questions.. never heard of anyone using it.... following along

I was told to try this to help with high nitrates and getting my aquarium back to norm

i just got this matrix. not very good instructions with it.. Should i wash off before putting into filter?

I would rinse anything before I put it into my tank.

No problem. I just think it is a good rule of thumb, but probable would have been ok either way.
