I'd rather drink turpentine and piss on a brush fire. Shocked

Updated pic. I put the old metal halide from my 75 on this tank and I'm already seeing a difference in growth. My toadstool which usually sheds about once or twice a month has shed twice in a week. The xenia that I've been trying to grow on the back glass is going REAL slow. There was one original stalk and then one more grew under the t-5s. Since I put the halides on, in less than a weeks time there are 4 stalks now. The green sinularia...just keeps growing no matter what. I even fragged off a big chunk and gave it away and you already can't tell by looking.

Tank is back up!

I added a Rose Bubble Tip Anemone. I started out with bare bottom tank and there was cyano all over the place. I added a few inches of sand and suddenly the tank is clearing up. There's still a bit on the back glass for some reason but it's slowly clearing up. I have one of those crappy Sea Clone skimmers on it. It pulls out some gunk but I constantly have to adjust and clean it.

Very nice looking tank bro. Whenever you decide to frag your green sinularia again let me know, I would buy a frag off you.

That RBTA was brown as a log when I got it. Check out the colors coming out on it now. I took this pic with my iphone and it's not altered at all. It finally moved out into the light. It has a bright green base with pink tips and some bright yellow between the pink and green. I'm hoping the red comes out a little more in the tips. It's turning in a beauty though.

That's a great looking RBTA, I'm definitely adding one of those to my want list for the 75G.

No lighting change. I think just from being collected, holding at the distributor, being shipped and acclimating to my tank it browned out. It finally moved out into the light and is coloring up nicely.

BTAs aren't known to be fish eaters like carpets are. They do tend to roam and sting corals and get caught in powerheads. I wouldn't put it in my sps tank but it's touching some Palys now with no issues and it spent some time attached to my big toadstool with no problems.

This is where it stayed for about the first week.

Notice the color change? Both photos taken with my iphone with no editing.

This is the pic of it when I bought it. I was a bit worried and disappointed when I got it but I'm totally stoked about it now.

i had coral losses in mind, not fish lol... i can replace fish a lot easier than frags lol. Seein that nem on your toadstool makes me totally rethink having one in my tank...

I added a few new cool macroalgae to the tank. Dragons Breath, Blue Ochtodes and Violet Dream. The colors on them are nicer than many corals.
